Quality or Quantity?

Would you rather have better sex or lots of sex?

The best answer here would be lots of better sex but that's not the option I'm giving you. More isn’t always better. When you focus on quality instead of quantity you will spend more time on each other. When you spend more time trying to please one another your chances for orgasm greatly increase. Let’s be honest when sex is better you are more likely to have more of it and something that we can all be thankful for this holiday season.

Try out some new sex positions that will have you and your partner giving thanks well beyond Thanksgiving.

If you are feeling really saucy this Thanksgiving you can always try the Turkey Baster! For proper turkey basting have your partner lie on the bed and fold their legs up so they cover her face. Squat over your partner, facing away from them and penetrate in either her anus or her vagina. Move up and down baste that turkey! GOBBLE GOBBLE!!!!!

Plan B, C, D, E and F?

Question:
Is it dangerous to take plan B more than once in a week?

Answer:
Plan B (the morning after pill) is made up of a hefty dose of hormones so it depends on why you want to take it again. If you took Plan B within 120 hours of having unprotected sex then you followed the directions correctly and you have a good chance that you won't become pregnant. I would NOT take it again "just to make sure." However if for some reason you had unprotected sex again after you took the first dose of Plan B then you can take it again but it will cause some abdominal cramping, nausea, possible spotting, irregular period, you make skip a period all together until your system gets back on track and regulated.

Plan B is called Plan B for a reason ... there are a lot of Plan A's that you can use: don't have sex, condoms, birth control pills, diaphragm, IUD, sponge etc... Plan B is not and should not be taken as your only form of birth control. If you are concerned about becoming pregnant please see a doctor and discuss your birth control options, BE PROACTIVE!

And the word of the day is......

Question:
What is snowballing? I heard people laughing about it and I was lost in the conversation.

Answer:
Eskimo kisses aren't the only kind of kissing they are doing in Alaska! Snowballing is when a man ejaculates in your mouth and then you spit it back into their mouth when you kiss them. I have also heard of this used when a man ejaculates in your mouth and kiss someone else pass the cum and then they continue to pass it around to different people creating sort of a larger snowball since it is mixing with saliva as well.

Just a quick note that not all guys are necessarily interested in getting a taste of their own baby batter so don't spit without warning. If this is something that you guy is into, fabulous now you have a new trick in your tool belt.

ENJOY!

Outercourse?

What is outercourse?
Outercourse is simply NOT intercourse. It is non-penetrative sex. Sexual activity that does not include vaginal, anal and/or oral penetration. You may be asking yourself, Well what is left? If I'm not penetrating or being penetrated is it really sex? Well that definition is up to you.

What kinds?

Frottage: Also know as dry humping. This can be with or without clothes but watch out for chafing. Nothing say ouch like dry humping in a pair of jeans.

Mammary: Some like to call it "titty fucking." It is simply rubbing your penis between a pair of breasts.

Tribadism: Also known as "scissoring" it is when two women interlock their spread legs rub their vulvas against each other (like two pair of scissors).

Axillary: Some prefer to call it "bag piping" but it is thrusting a penis into the armpit like you are playing a bagpipe.

Manual stimulation: Masturbating your partner with your hands or fingers. Either rubbing or stroking a penis or vulva.

Are there risks?
Well of course there are still risks. Any type of sexual activity regardless of what it is that involves genitals touching genitals increases your risks of contracting a sexually transmitted infection. Remember that there is still a risk of pregnancy if genitals come into contact with semen.

Unintentionally Sexually Explicit

This picture was sent in by an unsuspecting baseball fan. Mid game they were feeling a little hungry but little did they know what type of soft pretzel they were going to get. Seems more like a hard pretzel than a soft pretzel to me.... ENJOY!

It's Trichy, Trichy, Trichy

The Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) of the Month is........Trichomoniasis

What is it?
Even Run DMC knows... It's Trichy, Trichy, Trichy. Trichomoniasis (Trich) is an STI that affects both men and women, but it is seen more in women. Trich is a caused by parasite and the most common site for women in the vagina and the urethra (pee hole) for men.

How do you get it?
Trich is transmitted through sexual contact, either by penis to vagina or vulva to vulva contact. Just in case anyone forgot the vulva is the woman's external genitals.

How do I know if I have it?
Most men don't have any signs or symptoms but some complain of a mild burning or irritation after peeing or ejaculating. For women it is a little more obvious. Some women will have a foamy, yellow-green discharge with a strong odor. Others complain of pain while urinating or genital irritation and itching. To be properly diagnosed with Trich you must see a healthcare provider.

This can be fixed with a pill right?
Yes it can, Trich can be treated with prescription drugs prescribed by a healthcare provider. The best way to avoid getting Trich is to always have protected sex and/or sex with a monogamous partner will decrease your risks.
